The Villa

The garden with olive trees and fruit trees is surrounded by the scents of evening primroses, roses, jasmines and violets. Vegetable garden with fresh vegetables, thyme, oregano, rosemary, mint, spearmint are available for you. Within the plot (1842 sq.m.) there are parking spaces. Under a large umbrella in the front there is a garden dining table made of Pelion slabstone, while in the backyard two benches, a marble table and a portable grill. The area is fenced so that children can play in a safe environment.

Vegetables, fruits, herbs, olive oil and olives are organic and available to you.Under the kiwi trees you can find a wonderful natural shade to park your car. 8 high-tech cameras that monitor the exterior of the building offer security to you and your children.

On the lower floor there is a living room, a bedroom and a toilet with a shower. In the Villa has been installed water filters that retain micro-organisms, salts, micro-particles, heavy metals, etc. so that you can enjoy the healthiest water for your bodywhen you drink or bathe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils (kettle, wok, pots, etc.), coffee grinder, coffee machine for French-espresso coffee, Nespresso machine, blender for frappe, toaster, rusk maker and other small appliances, refrigerator, built-in electric stove, washing machine dish-clothes (dish-clothes detergents are available), oil, vinegar and spices. In order to reduce the volume of your luggage in the area where the washing machine is located, there are 4 beach umbrellas, an igloo-type cooler with an ice pack, insect repellents, a small pharmacy, sewing materials, an iron and an ironing board.

The dining table (made of olive wood) with eight chairs as well as a welcome basket with olive oil, vinegar, jam, fruit, soft drinks, water awaits you to complete your meal perfectly. In the living room there is a comfortable and relaxing corner sofa, TV (smart), internet with WIFI and telephone with the possibility of unlimited calls to landlines within Greece. Access to the second floor is either via an internal lift or via a wooden staircase.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with beds with anatomical mattresses.

All rooms have windows and doors with screens, so that you can enjoy the clean atmosphere and the fragrance of nature, without the need to operate the air conditioner and the presence of annoying insects. The balconies have an unlimited view of Pagasitikos, the island of Alata and the surrounding islets. They are literally bathed in light. The rooms have tower fans, wardrobes, small furniture and paintings.
